Our Team

Terrascribe’s founder and owner, Justin L. Dankel is a Professional Land Surveyor (LS 8526) in California with more than 20 years of experience. Justin manages all surveying and photogrammetry operations, including client interface, flight planning, flight data analysis, field survey operations and final quality control. Justin enjoys sharing his knowledge about surveying and his experiences in the field. 

Marino Sik joined Terrascribe in 2016 bringing 40 years of experience with him. Marino is distinguished for his strong AutoCad and MircoStation V-8 experience and uses this knowledge to not only provide an expert's insight into a project, but also give high quality data in the field; creating maps; produce topographic maps with relative features of the terrain; exercise his independent judgment. Marino’s gifts and enthusiasm for the profession make him an invaluable team member at Terrascribe.

Arriving in 2019, Conner demonstrates his enthusiasm in the field in a variety of ways while learning the profession. He is an able party chief running a drone aerial mission, setting construction stakes or marking boundary points. We are blessed to have Conner representing the company wherever he is assigned.

In 2021, Miles joined our team and quickly became invaluable.

Miles assists in field surveys and spends some time learning skills in the Photogrammetry department. An sharp and eager learner, Miles is a valuable asset.

Of course no Corporation would be complete without the direct and indirect contribution of the boss's kids! Both Keila and Jacob contribute when the call is made. Keila and Jacob are able Mapping compilers and useful when a hand is needed in the field. They have also known many lonely hours at home while Dad was getting the job done.
